By booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully.
1. Services Offered
NotaryIsMyBusiness provides Mobile Notary Services, Apostille Processing, and Estate Planning signing packages for legal, healthcare, and international clients.
2. Appointment Policies
All Appointments require a valid ID and completed documents before the scheduled time.
Mobile Appointments require a travel fee plus standard notarization fees.
Clients must ensure all signing parties are present and prepared at the scheduled time.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is permitted once per appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
4. No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as failure to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
No-shows will forfeit the full service fee and may require approval for future bookings.
5. Service Refusal
NotaryIsMyBusiness reserves the right to refuse service if:
The signer cannot present valid identification
The signer appears under duress, intoxicated, or unable to competently sign
The documents are incomplete, falsified, or raise legal concerns
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of booking for All Services
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Zelle, or other approved electronic forms.
7. Limitation of Liability
NotaryIsMyBusiness is not responsible for the legal content or consequences of the documents notarized. We strictly provide notarial services, not legal advice.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
